Join GCE’s Volunteer Teacher Program and make a real difference—not only in your students’ lives but in your own. GCE started the Volunteer Teacher Program to improve our students’ English skills – a necessity for our Higher Education Scholarship recipients. Language skills come early in life, and we emphasize helping the younger students absorb English from a fluent teacher.
Spend three unforgettable months teaching English in Nepal’s stunning Dhading District. You’ll help young students build the language skills they need for brighter futures, while immersing yourself in Nepali culture through a homestay with a local family.
We’ll meet you at the airport, guide you through Kathmandu, and welcome you into village life. GCE covers your basic expenses, help you with your transportation costs, and supports your journey every step of the way.
